A three-thread fleece structure consists of a face yarn, a binding yarn, and a loop yarn. The structure is produced by tucking in the loop yarn into the binding yarn at different Wales position. structure of the three-thread fleece fabric is formed from back fleecy yarn, binding yarn and face yarn and is shown in Fig. 1. This structure is manufactured on special single-jersey circular knitting machine with 20 gauge, Mayer & Cie, MLBF model, 30-in.
